Hi, Reader! Butter beans have been having their well deserved moment for quite some time now and I needed to hop on the bandwagon. They're a white bean that's known for their soft, creamy texture, rich flavor, and light, buttery color. Because of this, I knew they'd be the perfect alternative to chickpeas in hummus. This creamy butter bean hummus is a delicious twist on the traditional chickpea hummus! Still using classic flavors of garlic, lemon and tahini, it's the perfect spread for dipping, layering sandwiches, and much more.
If you're not a fan of butter beans, I also have a traditional hummus recipe without garlic or you can follow this recipe as is and just use 1 can of chickpeas instead. love & potatoes, Copyright © 2024 Pinch of Parsley LLC, All rights reserved. |
