Hi, Reader!
The best way to show mom love is with a home cooked meal - I don't make the rules! This Sunday, we'll be having brunch at home so I wanted to share some recipes that'll be on our menu in case you want to add them to yours! All of them are made with love, of course.

Oat Flour Pancakes
With one bowl, 6 ingredients, and 15 minutes of your time, you're just moments away from enjoying this fluffy stack! I also have these delicious classic buttermilk pancakes using regular all-purpose flour you could make instead.

Lemon Blueberry Muffins
I always love muffins for breakfast and this one boasts the perfect spring-inspired flavors. I also have this blackberry muffin recipe (you can use any berry in it really) if you're not into the lemon blueberry combo!

Smashed Potatoes
Instead of breakfast or roasted potatoes, try these smashed potatoes. My mom has made this recipe 3 times in the last week so I'm sure you'll mom will be obsessed too! They'll pair perfectly alongside some scrambled eggs.

Now, I personally don't go for salads at brunch but I feel like I always appreciate the option. Itβs loaded with kale, creamy avocado, protein-packed white beans and crunchy seeds for a combination that is truly unmatched.

Kind of like an elevated fruit salad?! THIS is a salad I'd personally reach for at brunch. It has fruit, crisp veggies and tangy feta that are so refreshing earlier in the day.

No brunch would be complete without a signature cocktail. The combination of grapefruit, gin, and prosecco creates a cocktail that is bubbly, light, refreshing, and so delicious. Perfect for celebrating the moms in our lives.
