That being said, I have a brand new recipe for you! This pesto orzo pasta salad is quick, easy to make, full of fresh flavors and completely customizable. It's perfect for summer bbqs, potlucks, or, since it can be prepped ahead of time, easy weekday lunches!
You can use a homemade pistachio pesto (okay really two new recipes yay) or store-bought pesto, whichever you prefer.
