Hi, Reader! Once we get past Thanksgiving, I feel like all I know how to do is bake cookies and honestly I am not mad about it. If you're in charge of desserts for the holidays this year, make sure you take the humble sugar cookie to the next level by making these chai sugar cookies instead. They’re as soft and buttery as the classic sugar cookie, yet infused with warm chai spices like cinnamon, ginger, cardamon and more, distributing the flavor throughout every sugary bite. They're easily made in one bowl and are the perfect treat for a cozy night in or to bring to your next gathering. You do have to chill the dough (I'm so sorry), so don't wait until the last minute to make these!
If you're not a fan of chai, I promise the flavor isn't overwhelming so don't write these off till you try them! But, if you're still not convinced, try these brown butter chocolate chip cookies, they're so flavorful and are a beloved classic! love & potatoes, Copyright © 2024 Pinch of Parsley LLC, All rights reserved. |
